Friends of Wisdom
The Bible talks about a friend
that is closer than a brother.
But there is a friend
that is deceptive as the devil...
As well!

Friends of folly
lead you to Sheol,
where they are headed
because they want you
with them...
To suffer
in torment
amongst the flames.
While friends of wisdom
lift you up
and lead you along a higher path
in obedient to the Lord.
Your good shepherd...
But it is really
up to us
ultimately
whatever
we will do...
What path will you take?
I wonder...
The narrow path
or the broad one
that is easier by far?
Only one saves your soul...
the other destroys it!
What will you choose?
I wonder...

Not all friends want what's best for you... Some friends pretend to be your friend because of something they want or to ruin your life... Because of jealousy or envy or hatred... Can you believe some people do things out of spite? Someone actually said that to me once... How sad to live your life that way!
