Charles Hanson Towne

Around the Corner

Around the corner I have a friend,
In this great city that has no end,
Yet the days go by and weeks rush on,
And before I know it, a year is gone.

I think we can all empathize with the predicament written in this poetry.  Especially in today's world of modern technology. We have become such a busy people that days go by before we think to do something that really matters.  As Solomon learned the hard way, "everything is meaningless."
