A New Beginning

Looking Beyond

George W Meek

"For the first time in 8,000 years of recorded history, it can now be said with certainty that our mind, memory, personality, and soul will survive physical death."

Is there life after death?  Does it matter how we live this life?  Every decision that you make everyday matters...  Because there are consequences to every decision...  If you choose to drive on a particular highway one morning... It matters...  because you may die...

Of a Rocky Winter

Owen Gingerich

"Just as I believe the book of scripture illuminates the path to God, so I believe the book of nature, with its astonishing details...  a blade of grass or the resonance levels of the carbon atom, also suggest a God of purpose...  a God of design."

What do you believe?  Does it matter what you believe?  It will matter because it will determine where you spend eternity...  What you make your highest priority matters...  If you prioritize God...  If you prioritize money...  fame...  people...
