Are you a naturalist?
I ask myself this question as I go for a walk in the woods with friends. I do enjoy a short nature walk now and then but I recently attended a class that has you take an assessment on how you like to commune with God. It turns out that I am a contemplative intellectual caregiver. Who knew? Actually it does actually sound like me. And though I like nature, I don't love nature, at least not interactively.
